The Brian Ernst Realty Group helped us decided the right time to move, provided open houses, and showed us homes of interest. One realtor suggested an area we weren't considering, though we did not end up buying there.
Working with their recommended loan financing was easy, as well as the closing attorneys. There will always be hiccups with home buying. Ernst was responsive when there were issues. Our listing went up incorrect - many details totally wrong or off. Not sure what happened there but it was fixed and we were able to adjust the wording a second time when we added more photos to the listing.

My house was listed, and sold in a matter of days, (4 days to be exact!) and my first offer was for above the asking price! Steve was incredibly patient with me being so picky, and we saw plenty of houses, and he never tried to show me things out of my price range, or houses with things that were on my dealbreaker list.
